How Quote Review Works
After you submit a request, our team reviews the custom details manually. We then share a quote, timing notes, and any follow-up information through the customer status page.
Fixed-price orders receive manual PayPal payment instructions after submission. Quote-first custom figure requests are reviewed before any payment is requested.
