Custom Order Terms

These terms explain how our review-first custom order process works, including manual PayPal payment, production timing, shipping estimates, and customer communication.

How Orders Start

Our website accepts custom product requests for items such as relief pieces, collectible figures, and made-to-order products.

Submitting a request does not create an instant purchase. Each order goes through manual review before any production step begins.

Photo Relief Light, Portrait Statue, and Ready-to-Print orders may show fixed estimated prices. More complex custom figure requests are handled as quote-first custom work.

Quote Review and Approval

After submission, fixed-price orders move to manual PayPal payment instructions. Quote-first requests are reviewed by our team before a final quote is shared.

You may review the quote, confirm it, or request changes before production is approved internally.

Custom Work and Manual Review

Because these products are custom, some requests may require image checks, design adjustments, or production planning before we can move forward.

We may contact you through the customer status page or by email if we need clarification or if a request needs revision before the next quote round.

Production and Shipping Timing

Production starts only after manual PayPal payment is confirmed or after a quote-first request is approved and paid.

U.S. economy shipping estimates are included in selected product prices where stated. Other countries, remote areas, duties, taxes, or carrier delays may require confirmation before payment.

Communication

We use the public status page and direct contact messages to share quote updates, notes, and next steps.

You are responsible for reviewing those updates and responding when your order requires confirmation or change requests.
