Custom Order Terms

These terms explain how our review-first custom order process works during staging and public testing. They are intended to set clear expectations for quote review, approval, production timing, and communication.

How Orders Start

Our website accepts custom product requests for items such as relief pieces, collectible figures, and made-to-order products.

Submitting a request does not create an instant purchase. Each order goes through manual review before any production step begins.

During staging, Relief Studio and Custom Manufacturing are presented as the strongest public workflows. AI Collectible requests are handled as a stylized beta offering.

Quote Review and Approval

After submission, our team reviews your request and prepares a quote, timing notes, and any custom guidance needed for the order.

You may review the quote, confirm it, or request changes before production is approved internally.

Custom Work and Manual Review

Because these products are custom, some requests may require image checks, design adjustments, or production planning before we can move forward.

We may contact you through the customer status page or by email if we need clarification or if a request needs revision before the next quote round.

Production and Shipping Timing

Production starts only after the order is approved in the review flow. Shipping timing depends on the product type, review outcome, and production queue.

Any shipping estimate shown on the site should be treated as a working estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Communication

We use the public status page and direct contact messages to share quote updates, notes, and next steps.

You are responsible for reviewing those updates and responding when your order requires confirmation or change requests.
