Review and Refund Policy

Our current process is built around manual quote review before production. This page explains what customers can expect before approval, during custom review, and after production begins.

Quote Review Comes First

Each custom request is reviewed before production. We may prepare a quote, share a customer-facing note, and provide a status page for your response.

This means you have a chance to review the quote and ask for changes before the order moves into production.

For staging, AI Collectible requests should be treated as stylized beta submissions rather than guaranteed portrait manufacturing outcomes.

Manual Review for Custom Work

Some products require manual image checks, design edits, or technical review. We may need to update the quote or note before the order is ready for approval.

If changes are needed, we will use the review flow to keep the order clear and documented.

Changes Before Production

Before production starts, you may request changes through the customer review process when that option is available on your status page.

Once the order is approved and moves into production, the order may no longer be open for review changes in the same way.

Production and Shipping After Approval

Production and shipping planning happen after approval. Any timeline we provide before then is an estimate based on the current review and production conditions.

Because custom products are made to order, timing and revision needs can vary from one request to another.

Refund Expectations

We do not make broad automatic refund promises on this staging site. Refund outcomes, if any, depend on the stage of review and whether custom production has already started.
